（中央社記者劉建邦台北2016年4月13日電）台北市長柯文哲今天到議會施政報告，議員質詢時說，大巨蛋停工與遠雄訴訟是否有把握？柯文哲回覆，法律上應該可贏。

台北市議會上午舉行「市長施政報告與質詢及答覆」，柯文哲率領市府各首長列席。

國民黨籍議員陳義洲質詢時提到，柯文哲上任一年多是說得多做得少，針對大巨蛋案，北市府和遠雄正進行仲裁，若市府輸掉大巨蛋要割地賠款，是否認為大巨蛋案會贏。

柯文哲說，停工的法律訴訟應會贏，不管怎樣「都會自己承擔責任，不會賴給誰，不幹這種事」。
